Your first visit is all about you: your comfort and your oral health. During your first visit, your medical and dental history will be reviewed, and dental records will be collected (radiographs, intraoral photos, and a radiation-free full mouth scan).
One of our hygienists will clean and polish your teeth, inspect your gums and teeth, review proper brushing and flossing techniques, and make recommendations and/or corrections. Then, Dr. Kasper will conduct a thorough oral examination, review your records, and discuss her findings and treatment recommendation (if needed) with you. Any questions you may have will be answered at that time.
We don’t want you to feel rushed, so you should allow an hour and thirty minutes for your initial visit.
No one likes pain. We work to ensure our patients feel comfortable, and that includes minimizing pain as much as possible. Dr. Kasper will discuss with you your pain tolerance and ways to best manage your discomfort. Working together, we will treat your dental health problems in a way that minimizes any discomfort and pain.
