Patients with No Dental Insurance

Not everyone has or uses dental insurance. For patients without insurance, there are still viable ways to cover the cost of dental care. We offer two options:

• OTD In-House Membership Program
• Dental Financing through CareCredit or by credit

OLD TOWN DENTISTRY IN-OFFICE MEMBERSHIP PLAN

We have created the OTD In-Office Membership Plan to make dental care more affordable for our patients who do not have dental insurance. We hope that you and your family use this plan to improve and maintain your oral health. This is NOT dental insurance, but a membership program to benefit our uninsured patients.

The OTD In-House Membership plan is a one-year renewable plan for adults or children. You cannot be denied coverage as there is no health screening. Everyone is eligible to sign up and receive discounted comprehensive oral care. Annual Adult membership is $600.00. For Children under 16, it is $450.00 per year.

ANNUAL BENEFITS INCLUDE:

• No waiting period 
• Two routine periodic oral examinations
• Two routine prophylaxis cleanings
• One set of six (6) X-Rays (4 bitewings + 2 periapical)
• 20% discount on any additional in-office dental treatments and 10% off Invisalign treatments. Fees must be paid in full prior to treatment.
• Patients needing Scaling or Root Planing (Deep Cleaning) or a Full Mouth Debridement (FMD) will be eligible for a 20% discount
• Patients needing more than two Perio-maintenance cleanings will be eligible for a 20% discount for the additional cleanings.
• No annual maximum benefit. Discounts will apply to all additional treatments.
• 12-month term, effective with payment of enrollment
• No ID card required
